Through our official partnerships with Student Unions including Oxford, Cambridge, ULU, LSE, Imperial College, UCL, Leeds and Birmingham, we can deliver officially endorsed, highly targeted, permission-based direct advertising to an audience of over 500,000 students via SMS, email and Web. Head Porter has helped Student Unions run successful campaigns for O2, Staples, Barbican, Teacher Training Agency, Sadler's Wells and Fitness First.
Head Porter’s strength lay in our exclusive access, ‘under’ a trusted and known referrer (the Students’ Union) to a clearly defined, highly lucrative and desirable target audience, which has a high degree of brand cynicism, but are very loyal and partisan to their individual University/College.
Once approved your company may be able to obtain high visibility, interactive presence on the internal messages sent through the Head Porter system (circa 1million messages per month). The individual nature and student control of our messages ensure genuine usefulness, i.e. my sport clubs or University lecturers contacting me, while the revenue split ensure University/Student Union support for our endorsed products and services.
In summary, Head Porter runs all the Student Union, along with their clubs and societies, mailing lists. Therefore if a student wants to keep in-touch with what’s happening in their Union bar or belongs to a particular club, such as the cricket 2nd II, they can only do so via the Head Porter system. Your brand can be on the footer of these highly personal internal University emails and SMS.
