Nottingham University Students' Union becomes a Head Porter partner.

Cork University and St. Patrick's College (City University Dublin) become the first Irish Universities to partner with Head Porter. Suffolk College, Napier and Middlesex University also become Head Porter partners.

London Metropolitan University Campus Services sign up to Head Porter. Head Porter will provide the digital infrastructure required to manage the London Met Card which will be distributed to their students (27,000+).

Dudley College becomes a Head Porter partner. The University of London Union asks Head Porter to provide the technology to run the University of London Union student identification card (120,000 students).

The Daily Telegraph runs a story on Head Porter's promotion of the Cambridge United FC varsity match in the third division contest against Oxford United. Over three hundred Students turned up for the game demonstrating the power of direct marketing to any type of business.

Oxford University Students' Union makes Head Porter the first SMS supplier to provide Oxbridge students information to their mobile phones
Head Porter is awarded SMART funding from the Department of Trade and Industry. This launches the Research and Development arm of the company generating new functionality for the 2004 / 2005 academic year
